Uniqueness of inverse source problems for general evolution equations

چکیده
In this paper, we investigate inverse source problems for a wide range of PDEs parabolic and hyperbolic types as well time-fractional evolution equations by partial interior observation. Restricting the terms to form separated variables, establish uniqueness results simultaneously determining both temporal spatial components without non-vanishing assumptions at [Formula: see text], which seems novel best our knowledge. Remarkably, mostly allow rather flexible choice observation time not necessarily starting from fits into various situations in practice. Our main approach is based on combination Titchmarsh convolution theorem with unique continuation properties time-analyticity under consideration.

Existence and uniqueness solution of an inverse problems for fractional evolution equations
In this paper we concerned with study an inverse problem in a Hilbert space H for fractional abstract differential equation of the form du(t) dtα = Au(t) + γ(t)u(t), (1) with the initial condition u(0) = u0 ∈ H (2) and the overdetermination condition (u(t), v) = w(t) (3) where (.,.) is the inner product in H, γ is a real an unknown function,w is a given real function, u0 and v are given element...
متن کاملInverse Source Problems in Transport Equations
Abstract. This paper proposes an iterative technique to reconstruct the source term in transport equations, which account for scattering effects, from boundary measurements. In the two-dimensional setting, the full outgoing distribution in the phase space (position and direction) needs to be measured. In three space dimensions, we show that measurements for angles that are orthogonal to a given...
متن کاملThe uniqueness theorem for inverse nodal problems with a chemical potential
In this paper, an inverse nodal problem for a second-order differential equation having a chemical potential on a finite interval is investigated. First, we estimate the nodal points and nodal lengths of differential operator. Then, we show that the potential can be uniquely determined by a dense set of nodes of the eigenfunctions.

Let ut −∇2u = f(x) := ∑M m=1 amδ(x− xm) in D × [0,∞), where D ⊂ R3 is a bounded domain with a smooth connected boundary S, am = const, δ(x− xm) is the delta-function. Assume that u(x, 0) = 0, u = 0 on S. Given the extra data u(yk, t) := bk(t), 1 ≤ k ≤ K, can one find M,am, and xm? Here K is some number. An answer to this question and a method for finding M,am, and xm are given.
